摘要
通过对语文新课程基本理念的内涵的阐述,以及新课程改革对小学语文教师素质要求的分析,提出了"小学语文课程与教学论"课程改革的五个方面的建议:加强师资队伍建设;调整课程结构;重构教学内容;强化语文教学技能训练;完善课程评价体系.
Through the elaboration of the connotation of the basic idea of the new curriculum of Chinese, as well as the analysis of requirements of the new curriculum reform of primary school Chinese teachers＇ quality,this paper puts forward the conception of ＂primary school Chinese curriculum and teaching theory＂ course reform： strengthening the building of,adjusting the structure of curriculum;reconstructing the teaching content;strengthening the training of Chinese teaching skill;reforming of the curriculum evaluation system.
