摘要
目的探讨消痔灵(明矾、鞣酸、三氯叔丁醇等)联合肾上腺素治疗内痔出血患者的效果。方法随机将2013年6月至2015年3月在我院住院治疗的78例内痔出血患者均分为2组,对照组采用消痔灵注射液与利多卡因注射于痔上动脉区及痔体黏膜下,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸肾上腺素注射液。治疗4周后,观察临床疗效,检测生化指标。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组的便血和肛门疼痛、水肿、瘙痒消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的血小板计数和部分活化凝血活酶时间均较对照组高,而凝血酶时间、血浆凝血酶原时间、血浆纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体均较对照组低(P<0.05);与对照组比,治疗组的TXB2较高,6-keto-PGF_(1α)较低(P<0.05);两组间复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消痔灵联合肾上腺素治疗痔疮能有效地改善临床症状,缩短症状消失时间。
AIM To study the therapeutic effect of Xiaozhiling Injection( alums,tannic acid,chlorobutanol,etc.) combined with adrenaline on patients with hemorrhoids bleeding. METHODS Seventy-eight patients with hemorrhoids bleeding from June 2013 to March 2015 hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group took Xiaozhiling Injection and lidocaine on the hemorrhoid artery area and submucosal injection treatment,while the treatment group used Adrenaline Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of control group. After four weeks' treatment,the clinical effects and biochemical indices of both groups were observed and measured. RESULTS After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with significant difference( P〈0. 05). Disappeared time of the treatment group's stool and anal pain,swelling and itching were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Platelet count and activated partial thromboplstin time in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group,but thrombin time,prothrombin time,FIB and D-dimer were lower than those in the control group with significant difference( P〈0. 05). In the treatment group,thromboxane B2 level was higher,and 6-ketone-prostaglandin F(1α) level was lower as compared with the control group( P〈0. 05). And the recurrence between two groups had no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). CONCLUSION Xiaozhiling Injection combined with adrenaline can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in treating hemorrhoids bleeding with shorter disappeared time.
