摘要
目的 :探讨水蛭不同提取工艺对急性血瘀模型血流变学的影响。方法 :通过给大鼠注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素注射液模拟“暴怒”状态 ,以冰水浸泡模拟“寒邪”侵袭 ,使动物迅速形成血瘀状态 ,采用预防性实验治疗 ,即预先分别给不同工艺水蛭提取物各 8d ,然后测定血液流变学。结果 :不同工艺提取物可降低实验性大鼠高、中、低切变率下全血黏度、血浆黏度及血清黏度。结论 :不同工艺提取物均能显著改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血流变学异常。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of active extracts in Leech on hemorheology of the acute blood stasis rats model. METHODS The rats model of blood stasis was made by injecting large dose epinephrine into rat and then immersing the rat in ice-water to make the rats in fury and cold pathogenic invading situations. When the model established, the different active extracts in Leech were given to the rats for 8 days. The hemorheological parameters of the rats were measured.RESULTS The active extracts in Leech could decrease blood viscosity of high, medial, low shearing rate as well as serum, plasma and blood viscosity.CONCLUSION The active extracts in Leech can significantly improve hemorheological parameters of the acute blood stasis rat model.
