摘要
从智能配电网的物理形态和生产运营全过程的特点出发,提出了智能配电网二次一体化的必要性。重点论述了IEC 61970/61968国际标准对配电网公共信息模型和接口的规定,并扩展建立了智能配电网设备的统一模型结构。从基于信息交互总线的二次系统一体化集成结构、面向服务的信息交互架构和元数据技术三个方面分析了智能配电网二次一体化技术架构。以实际应用案例验证了该技术架构切实可行,为智能配电网的全面建设和深化应用提供了参考。
The necessity of smart distribution grid secondary system integration is analyzed based on the physical form of smart distribution grid and the production and operation characteristics in the entire process.The common information model and interface specification of distribution network in IEC 61970 / 61968 international standard are emphatically discussed,and the unified model of the equipment of smart distribution grid is established by expansion.The technology architecture for secondary system integration of smart distribution grid is analyzed from three aspects including the integrated structure of secondary system integration based on information interactive bus,the service-oriented information interactive architecture and metadata technology.The technology architecture is proved feasible by a practical application case,which can provide a reference for promotion of smart distribution grid application systems.
