摘要
《针灸大成》为明代医家杨继洲所撰,其涉猎广泛,内容丰富,集各家针灸学说于一体,是研究针灸文献的权威资料。其中有关合谷穴的记载颇多,除了指明具体定位,亦对其刺法灸法做出了详尽论述,根据不同病证采用不同的针刺深度、艾灸壮数及相应的补泻手法。更为值得一提的是,《针灸大成》以大量篇幅言明合谷穴的适应病证,将其广泛运用于内、外、妇、儿、五官等各科疾病的治疗。因此探析《针灸大成》中合谷穴的临床应用,可为现代临床提供深刻的理论依据,更好的促进针灸学科的发展。
Acupuncture Da Cheng was written by YANG Ji- zhou in Ming Dynasty. It has broad ranges and rich contents. It is a collection of various acupuncture theories and the authoritative information in the research of acupuncture and moxibustion literatures. There are a lot of records about Hegu,such as the location,a detailed exposition on the acupuncture and moxibustion and different acupuncture depths,moxibustion number,corresponding reinforcing and reducing techniques according to different diseases. Moreover,Acupuncture Da Cheng gives its clinical application of wide coverage. The treatment will be widely used in the inside and outside,women,children,facial features and other diseases. Therefore,it can provide better guidance for scientific research and clinical application in the future by exploring the understanding of Hegu in Acupuncture Da Cheng.
