摘要
目的研究针刺合谷穴引起的脑功能的时间变化规律,探索针刺后效应作用。方法用改进时间簇分析(modifiedtemporalclusteranalysisMTCA)方法对针刺合谷穴功能磁共振成像(fMRI)的数据进行处理,得到针刺后脑功能变化的时间和趋势。结果针刺合谷穴引起了脑功能的变化,MTCA方法得到了针灸过程中脑功能变化的时间曲线。结论MTCA方法对于研究针灸对中枢神经系统影响的时间特性,探索针灸后效应提供了新的手段。
Objective To investigate the regularity of the time change in cerebral function due to point Hegu acupuncture. Methods A modified temporal cluster analysis (MTCA) of the data on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) during point Hegu acupuncture was made to obtain the time and the tendency of cerebral function changes after needling. Results Point Hegu acupuncture changed cerebral function. A time curve of cerebral function changes during acupuncture was obtained by MTCA. Condusion A MTCA method provides a new way to study the time characteristic of the influence of acupuncture on the central nervous system and to investigate the after-effect of acupuncture,
