摘要
在城市轨道交通建设过程中,盾构机选型的成功与否往往会成为施工成败的决定性因素。针对徐州轨道交通L1的特殊复杂工程条件,分析盾构选型面临的风险并提出适用于徐州地层的盾构选型方案及相关配置建议。着重介绍盾构机选型的基本原则,除了根据盾构隧道设计情况确定盾构直径、管片拼装方式等基本参数外,工程地质条件和水文条件也是盾构机类型选择和性能设计应考虑的主要因素。这可为类似工程条件下盾构机选型提供参考。
In the process of urban rail transit construction,the type selection of shield is tending to the decisive factor for the construction success.In view of the special & complex engineering conditions of Xuzhou urban rail transit L1,the risks of shield type selection are analyzed and the type-selecting schemes are proposed which are applicable to Xuzhou stratum.The basic rule of selecting shield type is emphasized;apart from shield tunnel design condition to determine the shield diameter and segment assembly mode,the engineering geological & hydrological conditions are also the main factors of shield type selection and performance design,which can provide references for shield type selection under similar engineering conditions.
