苦丁茶三萜类成分及药理作用研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 三萜类化合物是苦丁茶中重要的药理活性成分,主要包括苦丁内酯、齐墩果烷、乌苏烷和羽扇豆烷类化合物。近年来,随着科技不断进步,对苦丁茶三萜的研究也逐步深入,一些新颖结构化合物、新的生物活性不断被发现,目前已从苦丁茶中分离得到三萜类化合物200多种,包括50余种三萜化合物和150余种三萜苷类化合物。药理研究显示苦丁茶三萜类化合物具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗菌、保护心肌、降血糖等作用。该文对近年来从苦丁茶中新发现的三萜化合物及其药理作用进行系统总结与展望,旨在为苦丁茶三萜类化合物的开发和利用提供参考。 Triterpenoids are the main efficacious ingredients in Kudingcha, including kuding lactone, oleanane and ursane and lupinane compounds. For the past few years, studies on triterpe- noids from Kudingcha also changed rapidly along with the continuous progress of science and technology. Some novel structural compounds and new biological activities had been discovered. There were over 200 kinds triterpenoids had been isolated from Kudingcha consist of more than 50 species of triterpenes and more than 150 kinds of triterpene glycosides. Pharmacological studies demonstrated that triterpenoids in Kudingcha had reducing blood lipid and blood glucose, antitumor, antibacterial, protecting myocardial activities. This review summarizes the new triterpenoids and pharmacological activities in order to provide some references for the development and utilization of Kudingcha triterpenoids.
