摘要
高层梯队理论表明,高管团队特征对企业经济行为有显著影响。文章利用2010—2014年间12家出版业上市公司数据,实证检验出版企业高管特征与企业绩效之间关系。研究发现:出版企业高管团队规模和高管团队任期与企业绩效呈倒"U"型关系;高管团队平均年龄与企业绩效显著正相关;而高管团队中女性比例与企业绩效在统计上没有显著关系。此研究对我国出版类企业完善高管队伍结构和提升企业绩效,具有一定的参考价值。
Upper echelons theory has showed that characteristics of management team has a significant influence on enterprise economic behavior. This paper empirically exams relationship between executives characteristic and the corporate performance based on the data of Chinese listed firms in publishing industries from 2010 to 2014. The relationship between size and term of management team and the corporate performance is reverse "U" shape. The average age of management team is positively related to the corporate performance. However the proportion of women in management team is not related to the corporate performance in the statistical. This research has certain valuable reference to improve the characteristics of management and the corporate performance.
