摘要 本文针对已有盈余管理研究忽视了管理者在偏好、风险回避以及技能水平上的差异。基于管理者异质性,运用高层梯队理论,采用规范研究方法对管理者异质性视角下盈余管理行为进行了研究。研究发现,不同背景特征的管理者团队可能会对企业盈余管理行为产生影响。进一步运用心理契约理论,发现企业存在管理晋升动机的盈余管理行为。 Considering ignored manager differences preferences, risk aversion and skill levels, based on managers heterogeneity the use of high-level echelon theory and Standardized research methods, earnings management behavior has been studied, this paper found that different background characteristics of the management team may have an impact on earnings management behavior. On this basis ,further using of the psychological contract theory, there may be promoted to demonstrate the motivation corporate earnings management behavior.
