摘要
麸皮中纤维素的含量非常丰富,以麸皮为原料进行纤维素的提取,有利于麸皮的合理利用。以面粉加工业的副产物——麸皮为原料,通过过氧化氢-超声波方法提取纤维素,分别分析了过氧化氢浓度、液固比、超声波处理的温度、功率、时间等因素对纤维素提取过程中木质素去除效率的影响,探索提取麸皮中纤维素的过程中木质素去除的最佳工艺。实验结果显示:当液固比为15∶1、超声波处理时间为8h、温度为40℃、功率为120 W、过氧化氢溶液浓度为6%时,纤维素的得率最大为21.94%。
Cellulose is rich in bran, from which the extraction of cellulose is conducive to the rational use of wheat bran. Take wheat bran as material, the effects of hydrogen peroxide concentration, liquid-solid ratio, ultrasound temperature, ultrasound power, ultrasound time on the lignin removal are analyzed by ultrasound assisted with hydrogen peroxide, and the optimal extraction process of cellulose is explored. The results show that cellulose yield is 21.94% when the liquid to solid ratio is 15 : 1, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 6%, the ultrasound temperature is 40 ℃, the ultrasound time is 8 h and the ultrasound power is 120 W.
