摘要
牛粪,作为一种废弃生物质资源,含有大量的未消化的纤维质,可作为纤维素新的提取来源。研究了采用碱/氯提取和碱/无氯提取两种方式从牛粪中提取纤维素。通过红外(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)技术对提取物进行组分、结晶度、温度转变温度及形貌观察。结果表明,碱/无氯提取得到的纤维素综合性能较好,且具环境友好性。
As a waste biomass resource,cow dung contains a large amount of undigested fiber,which can be used as a new source of cellulose extraction.In this study,two methods of alkali/chlorine extraction and alkali/chlorine-free extraction were used to extract cellulose from cow manure.The composition,crystallinity,temperature transition temperature and morphology of the extract were observed by infrared(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The comprehensive results showed thatThe cellulose obtained by alkali/chlorine-free extraction has the better comprehensive performance and is environmentally friendly.
