肺癌晚期姑息治疗患者病原菌感染分布及X蛋白相互作用蛋白和穴样内陷蛋白1表达的研究 被引量:5

Pathogen distribution and its effect on serum XBIP and caveolin-1 level in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients

摘要 目的开展非小细胞肺癌晚期姑息治疗患者病原菌感染分布及对患者血清X蛋白相互作用蛋白和穴样内陷蛋白1的影响进行研究,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法对医院2011年8月-2014年12月期间诊治170例非小细胞肺癌晚期姑息治疗合并感染患者进行分析并设为感染组,对患者感染病原菌分布进行分析,酶联免疫吸附测定法检测感染后患者血清中X蛋白相互作用蛋白、穴样内陷蛋白及PI3K/AKT/PTEN蛋白水平的变化;以医院同期健康体检者170例为对照组,非小细胞肺癌晚期姑息治疗未感染病原菌患者170例为未感染组。结果 170例感染患者中共分离病原菌170株,其中革兰阳性菌76株,占44.7%,革兰阴性菌94株占55.3%,感染患者血清X蛋白相互作用蛋白和穴样内陷蛋白1及TNFα、PI3K、PTEN及AKT蛋白水平明显高于对照组和未感染组患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌晚期姑息治疗患者容易受到病原菌感染,且此过程与患者血清X蛋白相互作用蛋白、穴样凹陷蛋白及PI3K/AKT/PTEN蛋白水平异常相关。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the pathogen distribution and serum XBIP and Caveolin-1in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS A total of 170 cases of infected advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients in our hospital form Aug.2011 to Dec.2014 were enrolled in this study,and set as infection group.The genotypes and distribution of pathogens were identified by VITEK2 Compact automatic equipment.The serum XBIP,caveolin1,PTEN,PI3 Kand AKT proteins were detected by ELISA.Another 170 cases of healthy subjects and 170 cases of uninfected advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients at the same period in our hospital were taken as control group and uninfection group.RESULTS The pathogens isolated from the infected patients included 76strains(44.7%)of gram-positive bacteria and 94strains(55.3%)of gram-negative bacteria.The levels of serum XBIP,caveolin-1,TNFα,PI3 K,PTEN and AKT proteins were increased significantly in infected advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients when compared with control group and uninfection group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients are easily suffered from pathogen infection,and the abnormal content of XBIP,caveolin-1,and PI3K/AKT/PTEN are involved in this process.
