摘要
政府信任奠定了国家体制与执政党执政施政能力建设的合法性基础。针对中国地方政府信任弱于中央政府信任的"差序格局",研究力求从"本土化"出发,在借鉴国内外先进理论成果的基础之上,梳理和归纳制约地方政府信任再生的主要影响维度:信任环境、社会资本、政府绩效;进而通过实证研究验证中国地方政府信任影响维度的作用机理;最后,根据作用机理提出构建中国地方政府信任再生机制的策略启示。
Government trust laid a foundation of the state system and of the ruling party＇s capacity that holds power and administration. For the pattern of difference sequence that China＇s local government trust is weaker than central government trust, this study tries to start from the localization, summarizing the impact dimensions of local government trust regeneration as the trust environment, social capital and government performance, and then constrncting an initial model of renewable local government trust on the basis of advanced theoretical results from domestic and abroad. Next it verifies the impact dimension＇s influence through an empirical research. At last, it puts forward the construction of strategy inspiration to China＇s local government trust regeneration mechanism on the basis of influence analysis.
