以知识和技术为基石的芬兰教育生态系统——兼谈芬兰基础教育课程改革(2012-2016) 被引量:10

摘要 芬兰的教育生态系统持续繁荣发展了四十年,追求公平和高质量是其持续成功的核心。芬兰的教育系统由诸多基本要素组成,面向对象是全体芬兰公民。在过去十年中,芬兰在OECD的国际学生评估项目(PISA)学业成绩测评中名列前茅,这与她一直探寻新教学组织方式和模式应对社会和学习环境变化密切相关,也是芬兰教育系统重视生态发展的特点体现。本文详述了芬兰教育生态系统的组成,并且在此框架内介绍了为应对信息技术主流化发展2012-2014的芬兰国家核心课程改革,以及2016地方课程改革趋势。 Finland educational ecosystem has strived over the last 40 years and its pursuit of equality and high quality has been the core development concept. Several fundamental elements in Finland educational system combine for the purpose of making education available for all. Finland has been among the top countries in PISA achievement measurements for the last decade because its educational ecosystem has been adaptive to changes that have happened in society. This paper describes Finland educational ecosystem, and under the framework we introduce Finland national core curriculum reform in 2012-2014 and Finland local curriculum reform in 2016.
