摘要 针对Shell干粉煤气化装置运行中存在的烧嘴头烧嘴罩泄漏、气化炉堵渣、合成气冷却器入口积灰、高温高压飞灰过滤器稳定性差及系统锁斗阀门磨蚀等问题,进行了技术攻关与优化改造。通过配煤对煤质的改善、设备材质的国产化升级改造,工艺控制指标及系统运行程序的优化,实现了合成气冷却器的自清洁,降低了气化炉出口温度,延长了飞灰过滤器滤芯、烧嘴头烧嘴罩及关键阀门的使用寿命,确保了气化炉的长周期安稳运行。 During the operation of Shell dry pulverized coal gasification unit, there are such issues as leakage of burner head and cap, slag blocking of gasifier, syngas cooler inlet ash accumulation, bad stability of fly ash filter under high temperature and high pressure, and erosion of system lock hopper valve, so technological optimization is carried out. Through coal quality improvement by blending, equipment material localization and upgrading, and optimization of process control parameters and system running program, it have been realized that self-cleaning of syngas cooler, reduced the gasifier outlet temperature, and extended the service life of fly ash filter element, burner head and cap, and key valves, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the gasifler.
