摘要
灰成分是表征燃料特性时常用的一项重要指标,但生物质的灰成分分析结果总和常远低于100%,经分析发现主要是由于在生物质灰成分分析中忽略了氯的含量以及不准确的碱金属化合物表示两种原因造成的。该文确认了生物质低温成灰的重要性,然后参考煤和生物质各自的分析标准对常见的2种煤和3种生物质的灰成分进行了分析,发现部分生物质灰成分偏差达到20%以上。选取麦草灰做X射线衍射(XRD)物相分析,结果表明生物质灰中碱金衍属的氯化物远高于其氧化物。结合XRD分析结果,发现将氯作为灰成分的一项来计量仍有不合理之处。在分析对比灰成分的表达形式后,提出生物质灰成分中需要同时计算碱金属的氯化物和氧化物的结论,并尝试给出了碱金属的氯化物和氧化物的计算方法和分配原则。通过在利用该方法重新计算3种生物质的灰成分后,得到了比较合理的结果。
The ash composition is an important indication of fuel characteristic. However, the total composition of some biomass ash is often far less than 100%. It has been found that the chlorine in ash was not determined, as well as the alkali compounds were in an inaccurate expression. The importance of low temperature ashing for biomass was affirmed. The ash composition of two kinds of coal and three kinds of biomass was analyzed according to their standards respectively. Compared to the total composition of the coal ash, the difference between them was more than 20%. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of wheat straw ash showed that the alkali chloride was far more than alkali oxide in ash. This implies that there are unreasonable expressions for biomass ash composition which just takes chlorine as one of the item. After the analysis of the expressions, the calculation method and the distribution approach of alkali chloride and alkali oxide were tried to give, and by which the more reasonable results were obtained after the recalculation with the new method.
