摘要
SCGP的高温高压飞灰过滤器是典型的干法除尘设备,在实际运用的过程中存在陶瓷滤芯的断裂问题,造成大量飞灰进入下游工艺系统,从而造成全厂停车。文章将简单介绍SCGP高温高压飞灰过滤器的结构及过滤原理,分析陶瓷滤芯断裂原因,操作中积累的经验。另外,简单介绍本装置金属滤芯的更换安装。
SCGP HTHP fly ash filter is typical dry ash removal equipment. In the process of practical application, the ceramic filter element in SCGP HTHP fly ash filter frequently broke in the process of fly ash collection. The problem makes a amount of fly ash into the downstream process system. The article will introduce the structure of HTHP fly ash filter and the filtering principle, analysis of ceramic filter element fracture, the installation of Fe3AI metal filter element were also introduced. In addition, the optimum improved methods were recommended to solve the existing problems.
