摘要
目的分析江苏省医疗机构性病诊疗服务现况,为进一步加强规范化性病诊疗服务提供依据。方法2015年利用《医疗机构性病(梅毒)规范诊疗服务现况调查问卷》,对江苏省医疗机构性病规范服务情况进行问卷调查,应用SAS 9.2软件对资料进行统计分析;性病门诊规范化服务考核评估方法参照《性病门诊规范化服务和管理标准》。结果 34家设有性病诊疗服务科室的医疗机构中,有一对一性病诊疗空间的占85.29%;性病门诊医务人员和实验室检验人员配备达标的医疗机构分别占61.76%和70.59%,其中在3年内参加过专业培训的分别占23.53%和29.41%。性病门诊、实验室规章制度建立齐全的分别占88.24%、97.06%;性病药物全部配备齐全的仅占2.94%;同时开展非梅毒螺旋体及梅毒螺旋体血清学试验的占91.18%;8种性病健康教育及干预服务全部开展的占8.82%。结论江苏省医疗机构性病门诊诊疗服务能力有待加强,应增加医疗机构性病治疗药物储备,强化为性病就诊者提供性病健康教育和干预服务的能力,提高性病诊疗医生、检测人员的培训比例及专业水平。
Objective To evaluate sexually transmitted diseases（STD）clinical services of medical institutions in Jiangsu province to further strengthen the standardized STD services.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in the medical in stitutions in Jiangsu province in 2015.SAS 9.2software was used to analyze the data collected from the survey according to the standardized services and management of STD clinics.Results 34 medical institutions with STD service department were investigated;of which 85.29% had rooms for one-to-one STD diagnosis and treatment.Medical institutions with normal allocation of STD doctors and lab staff accounted for 61.76% and70.59% respectively,and the clinical and lab staff receiving professional training over the past three years were23.53% and 29.41% respectively.Most of the STD clinics and labs had the rules and regulations,accounting for88.24% and 97.06%respectively.The rate of STD clinics with complete drugs for STD treatment according to the drug directory was only 2.94%.91.18%could conduct both non-treponema and treponema pallidum serological tests,and 8.82%was able to provide the eight kinds of STD health education and intervention services as required.Conclusion We need to strengthen STD clinical services and management of medical institutions in Jiangsu province and improve the capacity of STD clinical and lab staff.
