摘要
表面完整性是加工制造领域中的重要概念,产品各零部件良好的表面完整性不仅能提高其装配的配合质量,减轻磨损,还能减少零部件表面缺陷造成的应力集中,增强机械强度、抗腐蚀性与疲劳强度,最终延长产品的使用寿命。本文综述了表面完整性的几个主要参量,包括表面粗糙度,残余应力,显微硬度以及表面的低倍和显微组织,简述了各参量的测量方法及其原理。
Surface integrity is an important concept in the field of machining and manufacture,a good surface integrity of different parts can not only improve its quality of cooperation,reduce wear and tear,but also reduce stress concentration on the surface caused by surface defects,enhancing its mechanical strength,corrosion resistance and fatigue strength,thus extending the service life of products. This article reviews several main parameters of surface integrity,including surface roughness,residual stress,microhardness,microstructure,and outlines the methods and principles of their measurements.
