摘要
针对镍基高温合金GH4169切削过程中的表面质量差、加工效率低等问题,选用SANDIVIK公司的PVD-TiAlN涂层硬质合金刀片进行高温合金GH4169的高速铣削试验,利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行了回归分析,建立了加工表面粗糙度与切削参数之间的经验公式,分析了切削参数对加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。
In order to solve the problems of poor surface machined quality and low removal rate of difficult-to-machine nickel base superalloys GH4169, the orthogonal experiment was processed to obtain the surface roughness data of superalloy GH4169 with a developed PVD-TiAlN coated carbide tool. The experience formula between the surface roughness and cutting parameters was built by multiple linear regression method. The change rules of surface roughness caused by cutting parameters were analyzed.
