超光滑表面检测方法

摘要 本文对现有的超光滑表面测试测量方法进行论述,并比较了各种测量仪器的优 缺点,对工件的测量和仪器的选择有一定的参考价值。 In this paper it is discussed the detecting method of super smooth surface and the comparison of all method which contribute to the selection of methods and the instruments.
