摘要
采用正交试验分析手段,研究了玉米秸秆中半纤维素的水热法和碱法联合提取工艺。实验结果表明:水热法的最佳提取工艺条件为温度170℃、保温时间30 min、固液比1∶15,该条件下提取率为32.21%;碱法的最佳工艺条件为碱浓度10%、温度75℃、固液比1∶20,提取率为40.18%。将两种方法联合应用后,获到半纤维素的总提取率为67.72%。
The extraction process for extracting hemicellulose from corn stalks of water-soluble combined with alkali-soluble is studied by using orthogonal test analysis methods. The results show that:the optimum extraction conditions of the hydrothermal method is the temperature 170 ℃,holding time of30 min,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 15,and the extraction rate under this condition is 32. 21%. The optimum conditions for the alkali-soluble is that the alkali concentration 10%,temperature 75 ℃,solid-liquid ratio1 ∶ 20,the extraction rate is 40. 18%. After the combination of the two methods,the hemicellulose total extraction rate of 67.72% can be obtained.
