摘要
本实验以甜菜渣为原料,采取碱处理方法对纤维素进行提取,利用单因素试验,探究氢氧化钠溶液浓度、固液比、提取时间和提取温度对甜菜渣纤维素提取率的影响。以此为基础,采取正交试验法,得到甜菜渣纤维素的最佳提取工艺:氢氧化钠溶液质量分数为4%,固液比为1:15,提取时间为2 h,提取温度为90℃,在此条件下,甜菜渣中的纤维素提取率为57.4%。实验结果表明,各因素对纤维素提取率影响的显著性依次为提取温度>提取时间>固液比>氢氧化钠溶液浓度。
In this study,cellulose was produced by using alkali treatment from sugar beet pulp.The effect of solid to liquid ratio,sodium hydroxide concentration,extraction time,and extraction temperature on the extracting rate of the cellulose by using the single factor experiment and the orthogonal test was studied.The optimum extraction condition was:solid to liquid ratio is1:15,the concentration of NaOH solution was4%(w/v),reacting time was2h,heating temperature was90℃.Under these conditions,the purity of cellulose extracted from sugar beet pulp was57.4%.The results showed that the significant effects on cellulose extraction rate were extraction temperature>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio>sodium hydroxide concentration.
