Effects of polyethylene glycol on cellulase hydrolysis of corn stover

摘要 为了降低木质纤维素的酶解成本,提高酶解效果,采用表面活性剂改善异相反应.从酶解体系的扩散性质、底物中木质素含量及酶解过程中的酶活力三方面考察了聚乙二醇对木质纤维素酶解的促进作用.结果表明聚乙二醇能改善体系扩散性质、抑制酶的无效吸附及稳定酶活力,用作木质纤维素酶解的促进剂可减少酶用量,降低成本. Cellulase hydrolysis is an important process of ethanol production from lignocellulose.PEG(polyethylene glycol) was used to improve the heterogeneous reaction,and its effect was studied through three aspects: diffusion property of the system,lignin content in the substrate and the cellulase activity during hydrolysis.The results show that PEG can reduce react resistance,improve diffusion behavior,prevent noneffetive adsorption of enzyme and stabilize enzyme activity,so the enzyme loading decreased and the cost reduced.
