摘要
针对如何确定电厂热力管道三通检验部位问题,应用ABAQUS软件对大型厚壁等径三通在受内压作用下的应力进行计算和分析,得到三通模型的应力分布规律,通过介绍某电厂三通的开裂检测情况验证了三通有限元分析的正确性,提出对三通进行无损检测时,应重点对肩部的内表面和腹部外表面进行检测。
In order to solve the problem of inspection site of T pipe in the power plant heat pipe,The calculation and analysis of the stress of a equal diameter T pipe under intemal pressure were carried out using ABAQUS software.The stress distribution law of the T pipe is derived.The finite element anaysis is good by crack of T pipe at an electric power plant.The inner surface of shoulder and the outer surface of abdomen in T pipe should be focused on as nondestructive testing.
