摘要
某超临界机组P91材质热挤压主汽三通在运行约7万小时后发现出汽侧肩部泄漏。笔者通过对该三通整体取样进行宏观检查、理化检验、断口分析、有限元分析和研究后认为:三通肩部的开裂为较高应力作用下的R型蠕变裂纹,与局部受力异常有关;也简要探讨了肩部开裂和91钢许用应力下调的关联性。
The P91 steel hot extruded tee for main steam pipes of certain super critical units leaked in the shoulder after operation for 7×104 h.Macro inspection,material test,fractured surface analysis and finite element analysis were employed on the overall samples to analyze and discuss the causes of failure.It shows that the crack on the outlet-side shoulder of the tee is a R-type creep cracking under relatively high stress action.It’s associated with local stress abnormalities.The correlation between the shoulder cracking and the reduction of allowable stress on 91 steel were also briefly discussed.
