摘要
将反式-1-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯[HCFO-1233zd(E)]用作硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的发泡剂,并与其他发泡剂比较。研究了HCFO-1233zd(E)与低聚物多元醇的相容性、在聚氨酯硬泡多元醇组合料中的稳定性及其配方改进。结果表明,HCFO-1233zd(E)发泡的聚氨酯硬泡导热系数较低,可低至18.2 m W/(m·K),其组合料贮存稳定性可以通过催化剂的调整得到改善。
Trans- 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene ( HCFO- 1233zd (E) ) was used as blowing agent for polyure- thane rigid foam, compared with other blowing agents. The compatibility between HCFO-1233zd(E) and oligomer polyols, the stability of foam blends and formulas improvement were investigated. The results showed that the ther- mal conductivity of HCFO-1233zd(E)-blown rigid foams eould be as low as 18.2 roW/( m· K), and the storage stability of foam blends containing HCFO-1233zd(E) eould improved by suitable catalysts.
