摘要
采用气相色谱法测定硬质聚氨酯泡沫中残留的发泡剂含量。泡沫样经液氮冷冻挤压将硬质聚氨酯泡沫中残留的发泡剂挤出,在90℃水浴加热30 min,经顶空进样,通过氢离子火焰检测器(FID)检测出发泡剂的含量。发泡剂的质量在一定范围内与峰面积成线性关系(r≥0.998),检出限(μg/mL)最低为IP:1.65×10^(-2)μg/mL,最高为MF:1.65×10^(-1)μg/mL。残留发泡剂含量的相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.78~7.26%之间,回收率在81.34%~92.64%之间。
The blowing agent was extracted with liquid nitrogen frozen and mechanical squeezing,then heated for 30 minutes at 90℃ and injected by a headspace injector and detected by electron capture detector.There was a good linear relationship between values of peak area and concentration of blowing agent in the definite range,with the maximum detection limit of 1.65×10^(-2) μg/mL and the minimum detection limit of 1.65×10^(-1) μg/mL.Values of RSDs(n=6)were in the range of 4.78%-7.26%,and values of recovery found by standard addition method in the range of 81.34%-92.64%.
