摘要
ZKW-3型薄片抗张强度试验机,是烟草薄片抗张强度测定的专用仪器,试验机最低设定检测长度是50mm,但是造纸法再造烟叶生产成型的产品为20mm左右的菱形,长度低于50mm。因此检测造纸法再造烟叶成品抗张强度一直是行业内的难题,为解决这一现实问题,本课题拟通过成立QC小组,对其进行攻关,以期达到检测长度低于50mm产品的目的,同时通过开展QC小组活动大大提高了小组成员工作的主动性,促进了小组成员工作技能的提高。
The ZKW-3 type tobacco sheet tensile strength tester,is a special instrument for measuring paper-making process sheet tobacco tensile strength,The tester minimum set the length is 50 mm,but the finished product of paper-making process sheet tobacco for about 20 mm diamond sheet,length less than 50 mm.So test the finished product of paper-making process sheet tobacco tensile strength has been the industry＇s problems,to solve the problem of this reality,this topic proposed by QC team,carry on the research,in order to test length less than 50 mm production,In the meantime,establishment of the QC gioup would greatly enhance the working initiative of the group members and promote the improvement of working skills of the group memebers.
