摘要
根管治疗术起源于19世纪中期,经过一百多来的发展,根管治疗术在理念、治疗器械、杀菌剂以及充填材料等多个方面均有较大的改进,尽管如此,根管治疗的预后却并没有得到显著的改善,因此本文将以根管解剖为切入点,分别从开髓部位、根管预备、根管消毒、根管充填、根管治疗成功率等方面探讨根管治疗百年来的得和失。
Root canal therapy was developed in the middle of 19th century, and it has been improved in many aspects over the past hundred years, including the concept, therapeutic apparatus, antiseptic and filling materials. However, the prognosis of root canal ther- apy has not been significantly improved. Therefore, this article took root canal anatomy as the breakthrough point, and discussed the site of open access, root canal preparation, root canal disinfection, root canal filling and the success rate, in order to objectively evalu- ate the success and failure of root canal therapy.
