摘要
目的分析氢氧化钙制剂在根管治疗中的临床应用价值。方法该次研究对象均方便选自于2015年2月—2016年2月期间该院收治的牙髓病、根尖周病等患者,共50例。根据应用材料的不同将上述患者随机分为两组,各25例,分别进行氢氧化钙制剂根管封药和根管充填(氢氧化钙组)、FC根管封药和麝香草酚糊剂充填(常规组),将上述两组患者的治疗效果进行短期及远期分析对比。结果氢氧化钙组患者经治疗后无论短期有效率为92.00%、远期有效率为96.00%,均明显高于常规组(χ~2=5.316,5.812,P<0.05)。结论在根管治疗中,采用氢氧化钙制剂根管封药和根管充填的效果优于常规材料根管治疗,值得在今后推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of calcium hydroxide preparation in root canal therapy. Methods The subjects were convenient selected from 50 patients with dental pulp disease and periapical periodontitis admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to February 2016. According to the different materials, the above patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group with 25 case,respectively, calcium hydroxide preparation root canal sealing and root canal filling （calcium hydroxide group）, FC root canal sealing and thymol powder filling （regular group）, the short- term and long-term analysis of the treatment effects of the above two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the patients in the calcium hydroxide group had a short-term effective rate of 92.00% and a long-term effective rate of 96.00%, which were significantly higher than the conventional group （χ^2=5.316, 5.812,P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the toot canal treatment, the effect of root canal sealing and root canal filling with calcium hydroxide preparation is better than conventional root canal treatment, which is worthy of popularization in the future.
