摘要
我们发明了一种新型的采用Acclaim HILIC-1混合基质色谱柱结合电雾式检测器(CAD)测定了不同水体中的尿素的含量。HILIC-1同时具有反相(RP)功能与HILIC的功能,对极性化合物有更强保留作用;同时,CAD能检测紫外末端吸收化合物,灵敏度较高。结果表明:尿素的线性回归方程为Y=0.0564X-0.0063,相关系数为0.9996;方法检出限达到0.30μg/m L(以S/N=3计);峰面积和保留时间的RSD值(n=6)分别为0.75%和0.13%,重现性较好;样品的加标回收率结果为98.0%~101.0%。本方法简单易操作并且准确度和灵敏度高,可用于水体中的尿素的常规检测分析工作。
We find a new analytical method for determination of urea with a HILIC-1 column and charged aerosol detector(CAD) was developed. The HLILC-1 combines both reversed-phase(RP) and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC) properties and retains highly polar molecules. CAD is an ideal detector to detect those low UV compounds and has a good sensitivity. The results showed that the calibration formula of urea was Y=0.0564X-0.0063, the corre1 ation coefficient was 0.9996 and the limit of detection(calculate with S/N=3) was 0.30 μg/m L, and the relative standard deviations of peak area and retention time were 0.75 % and 0.13 %(n=6) respectively. Then three different samples were analyzed with this method, and the recovery of sample spiked was 98.0 %~101.0 %. Thus, the method is easy to use for determination of urea of different samples.
