摘要
电喷雾检测器(CAD)作为新型的通用型检测器已成为进行无紫外吸收或弱紫外吸收物质检测的重要工具和手段,在药学检验检测领域的应用越来越广泛。本文介绍了CAD检测器的原理、特点及优势,对该检测器在中药、抗生素、生化药物及药用辅料检验检测的应用进行了总结归纳,并列举了该检测器的使用局限及应用前景,为无紫外吸收或弱紫外吸收物质的检验检测提供参考。
In recent years,the new common detector-charged aerosol detector(CAD)has become an important tool for detecting substances with no or weak UV absorption,and it is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.Based on summarizing dozens of relevant documents published by several network database platforms in recent years,this paper introduces the principle,characteristics,and advantages of CAD in detail,summarizes the application progress of the detector in the inspection and detection of traditional Chinese medicine,antibiotics,biochemical drugs,and pharmaceutical excipients,and enumerates the application limitations and prospects of the detector,so as to provide a reference for scientific and technological workers engaged in related fields.
