摘要
通过运动生物力学研究方法,对现阶段我国优秀男子铅球运动员张俊旋转推铅球技术进行研究,发现:他在双支撑阶段右侧下肢压紧效果差,躯干前倾幅度小,重心位置高,上下肢扭紧效果差,右脚离地瞬间重心向左腿过渡效果较好,左侧下肢压紧效果差,左脚离地瞬间右腿向投掷方向跨摆动作积极,髋关节加速快,左腿蹬伸速度快、幅度大,两腿之间的配合效果好,右脚着地瞬间上体后倾幅度大,超越器械效果好,左腿收拉积极,左脚着地瞬间肩横轴没有提前转动对器械加速,超越器械效果好,左脚着地速度快等技术特点,并结合存在问题提出了改进建议,对运动员改进技术提高运动成绩有一定帮助。
Sport biomechanics approach is used to study the rotation shot put technology of Zhang Jun,a Chinese elite men's shot put athlete.Studies show that Zhang has the following technical characteristics:in double support stage,his right limb pressure effect is poor,torso tilted forward amplitude being small and the barycenter position being high,and upper and lower extremities twist tight effect is poor;the barycenter transition effect is better from his right foot in the instant transition to left leg;the left lower limb compaction effect is poor;swing and across action are positive at the moment from his left foot to right leg,with fast hip speeding and left leg extending and large amplitude,so that the coordination of two legs is well;torsos sloping range is large at the moment of his right foot landing,the movement beyond equipment has good effect;the left leg's stretching out and taking back are positive,and the moment his left foot is landing,the shoulder horizontal axis does not revolve in advance to give instrument acceleration,so the effect of bypassing equipment is good and his left foot is fast to land.In combination with his problems,this paper gives some advice to help athletes improve technique and performance.
