摘要 药物化学是药学领域的一门重要学科,是药学从业人员必备的专业知识和技能。药物化学课程的教学方法、手段和教育成果将最终影响药学从业人员的能力和水平,进而影响着临床患者用药的安全性、有效性和准确性。该学科具有很强的实践性和应用性,案例式教学法因能模拟或重现某些现实场景,让学员置身其中,通过研究讨论并解决现实问题而更适用于药学专业人才的培养。因此,在《药物化学》的专业教学过程中,采用合理的案例式教学,能够充分发挥学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,激起学生对相关知识的学习与应用的欲望,并在这一过程中获取大量的专业知识,拓宽视野,发挥《药物化学》在学生今后的相关从业资格考试及从业过程中的重要作用。 Pharmaceutical chemistry is an important subject in the modern pharmaceutical field and also an essential professional knowledge and skill for those people whose job correlated with this. The teaching methods, means, and educational outcomes of the pharmaceutical chemistry curriculum will ultimately affect the ability and level of pharmacy practitioners, and then affect the safety and effectiveness of Patients' Medication. Pharmaceutical science is a typical subject with strong practicality and applicability, and case-based learning is very suitable for the education of pharmaceutical chemistry for its simulation or reproduction of some realistic scenarios, and making students to discuss and understand the real problem. Therefore, reasonable case based learning used in the teaching of pharmaceutical chemistry can fully develop students' ability to analyze and solve problems, arouse the students' desire to learn and apply the related knowledge, acquire special knowledge and broaden field of vision. As a result, the importance of pharmaceutical chemistry in creating a bright future for the licensing exams is played.
