摘要
唐人尚"游",几乎所有的文人都有过游历的经验。空间位移导致的时空变换,给文人带来了全新的审美体验,间接促进了文人饮食意识的自然觉醒和饮食题材的开拓。唐代文人游历岭南主要是以宦游为主,岭南道成为唐代流放罪人最集中的地区。之前鲜为人知的岭南饮食题材首次大量地出现在唐代宦游岭南的诗人笔下。他们"怪"、"杂"、"苦"、"涩"的岭南饮食题材书写,一方面揭示了岭南独特的地域文化与饮食发展的关系,另一方面也反映了贬谪后的审美心态流变。
Nearly all the literary m enhad the experiences of travelling for pleasure, a fashion adm iredby people inthe Tang Dynasty.
