新疆猪毛菜总黄酮含量测定及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:以不同浓度的乙醇为溶剂提取猪毛菜中总黄酮,并考察提取物的抗氧化活性。方法:采用回流法提取猪毛菜中黄酮类化合物,用比色法测定不同浓度的乙醇提取物中总黄酮含量,测定各提取物的抗氧化活性。结果:猪毛菜中黄酮类化合物在25%、50%、75%的乙醇中黄酮提取率分别为24.7、50.6、48.7mg/g。各种提取物均有不同程度的抗氧化活性,且提取物的抗氧化活性与其浓度之间存在一定的量效关系,其中用50%乙醇提取的提取物清除各种自由基活性以及还原力均相对较高。结论:采用50%乙醇回流法提取的猪毛菜总黄酮含量最高,且黄酮类化合物具有较好的抗氧化活性,为猪毛菜野生资源利用和活性成分的开发提供一定的实验依据。 With different concentrations of ethanol as extraction agent,the total flavonoid compounds in Salsola were extracted by refluxing method,and the content of total flavonoids in the ethanol extract with different concentration were determined by colorimetry, and the antioxidant activity were tested.The results showed that,the flavonoids in Salsola in 25%,50%,75% ethanol extraction rate were 24.7mg/g,50.6mg/g,48.7mg/g respectively.And 50% ethanol extracts exhibited the highest activity in removing DPPH free radicals hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion as well as the highest reducing capacity.Studying on extraction and antioxidant ac-tivity of total flavonoids of Salsola can improve the development of China′s wildlife resources and utilization of active ingredients.
