摘要
为探明白花蛇舌草提取物的体外抗氧化活性,以甲醇、丙酮、80%乙醇为溶剂,采用超声提取、搅拌提取、回流提取法对白花蛇舌草进行提取,考察其对DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)自由基活性的清除能力,并与多种抗氧化剂的清除能力进行对比。结果表明:在3种提取方法中,白花蛇舌草80%乙醇回流法提取物的抗氧化活性最强。3种不同溶剂回流提取物与其他5种抗氧化剂清除DPPH自由基活性的能力为对香豆酸<丙酮提取物<甲醇提取物<香草酸<80%乙醇提取物<芦丁<咖啡酸<没食子酸。
In order to study the in vitro antioxidant activity of H .diffusa extracts,different solvents including methanol,acetone and 80% alcohol and different methods such as ultrasonic wave extraction, stirring extraction and reflux extraction were investigated.The scavenging capacity on DPPH free radical activity in different H . diffusa extracts,and their comparisons with multiple antioxidants were researched.The results showed that reflux extraction with 80% alcohol was the optimal method,the scavenging capacity on DPPH free radical activity of five antioxidants and H .diffusa extracts with reflux extraction in three different solvents were as follows:P-coumaric acid &lt; acetone extract &lt; methanol extract&lt;vanillic acid &lt;80% alcohol extract&lt;rutin&lt;caffeic acid&lt;gallic acid.
