摘要
海外华侨华人经济与中国经济休戚相关。当前中国经济进入"新常态",产业面临转型升级,海外华商经济也面临着转型问题。通过产业对接、资本对接、市场对接和技术对接等方式,促进海外华商经济和中国经济"双向转型",既是"一带一路"的重要内容,也是其有效的实施路径。因此,应该多方位开展与海外华商的战略性产业合作、多渠道引进和利用海外华人的战略性资源、打造与海外华人经济合作的战略性平台、打通与海外华人经济合作的战略性通道,带动海外华侨华人经济和"一带一路"战略互动建设,共同发展。
Overseas Chinese businessmen economy is closely related to Chinese economy. The current Chinese economy has entered a new stage,facing industrial transformation and upgrading,while overseas Chinese businessmen economy is also facing transformation. Promoting overseas Chinese businessmen and Chinese economic transformation through industrial connection,capital connection,market connection and technology connection is not only the important content but also an effective implementation path of the Belt and Road Strategy. Therefore,we need to strengthen the cooperation with overseas Chinese businessmen in developing strategic industries,importing and using strategic resources,making strategic platforms and opening up strategic channels to promote the interactive construction and mutual development of overseas Chinese businessmen economy and the Belt and Road strategy.
