摘要
"一带一路"是中国为积极应对全球形势深刻变化、探寻经济增长之道、实现全球化再平衡、开创地区新型合作关系而提出的战略构想。东盟是中国开展"一带一路"合作的重要区域,其所在国华侨华人是推进"一带一路"建设的重要力量。要充分发挥东盟国家华侨华人在"一带一路"战略中的桥梁作用,发挥他们的巨大潜力,推动中国与东盟的经贸、科技与文化交流合作。
＂the Belt and Road＂ as strategic idea is proposed by China for actively responding to profound changes in the global situation, discovering economic growth path, realizing globalization rebalancing, and establishing regional new partnership. ASEAN is major area of ＂the Belt and Road＂, its overseas Chinese are also major force for promoting ＂the Belt and Road＂, therefore, overseas Chinese in ASEAN should to fully play their important role in ＂the Belt and Road＂, and act as a bridge with great potential to promote cooperation between China and ASEAN in economy, trade, technology, and culture.
