China's Strategy of Constructing a Powerful Country of Engineering and the Reform of Engineering Education

摘要 "以人为本"是"中国制造2025"的重要基础。本文翔实分析了国际国内新情境下中国制造强国战略的基本内涵、我国高等工程教育的发展现状以及所面临的关键问题。针对关键问题,结合浙江大学正在实施的"交叉化"、"职业化"、"多元化"和"国际化"四化相辅的工程教育特色实践案例,提出了深化我国工程教育改革的系统性对策建议,以期为提升工程科技人才培养质量和打造整体工程教育范式(3.0范式)奠定基础。 "People-Oriented" matters as the prime foundation of "Made in China 2025" plan. Given the new circumstances at home and abroad, this thesis is aimed at anatomizing the basic connotation of China' s Strategy of Constructing a powerful country of engineering, and the development as well as the concerns of current Chinese higher education in engineering. As for the key issues, systemic proposal about deepening the reform of China's engineering education was given out, and the proposal was based on the very characteristic practice case driven by the four coordinating reforms being carried out by Zhejiang University which included "interdisciplinarity", "professionalization", "diversification" and "internationalization". The proposal is expected to help lay the foundation for improving the cultivation of engineering elites and constructing a canonical form (form 3.0), for engineering education.
