摘要 SCR催化剂在运行过程中,由于受到复杂的烟气条件的影响,会出现活性下降的现象。以运行约40000 h的波纹板式催化剂为研究对象,研究了其失活的原因。大量的杂质元素沉积在催化剂表面,引起催化剂比表面积和酸性位数目的降低,从而导致催化剂的失活。采用洗液对失活后的催化剂进行了再生。再生方法有效地去除了催化剂表面的杂质元素,提高了催化剂的比表面积和酸性位数目,从而使催化剂活性得到较好地恢复。 Due to the influence of complex flue gas, the activity of SCR catalysts decreased during the operation. In order to research the deactivation reason of SCR catalysts, the corrugated type catalysts which have been used for about 40000 h was used as the sample. A lot of impurity elements were deposited on the surface of cat- alysts, leading to the decrease of specific surface areas and acid sites and causing the deactivation of catalysts. The deactivated catalysts were regenerated by solution washing. The regeneration method could remove the impurities efficiently, and increase the specific surface areas and acid sites. As a result, the activity of catalysts recovered significantly.
