摘要
对失活脱硝催化剂进行再生和回收利用方法的研究现状进行总结,主要有酸洗再生、干法再生、改性再生、电泳再生、催化剂的钛白粉回收利用、V和W的回收利用、综合回收等方法,并对以上方法进行总结评价。
The disposing of deactivated V2O5-WO3/TiO2 SCR catalysts has got great concern at home and abroad.The regeneration and recovery of these deactivated catalysts are the main strategy to solve this problem. The commonly used regeneration methods mainly include wet regeneration,dry regeneration,modified regeneration and electrophoresis regeneration. The recovery of these deactivated catalysts involves the recovery of V,W and titanium dioxide. The comparison of these methods is performed as well.
