摘要
介绍了废旧SCR脱硝催化剂的失活原因及再生方法,失活原因主要有堵塞失活、高温烧结失活、中毒失活,常用的再生方法包括水洗除尘、热再生或热还原再生、酸碱处理、活性液补充。详细介绍了废旧SCR催化剂的再生研究进展,并比较了不同再生方法的再生效果。根据催化剂失活情况,按照使用行业、失活程度,合理选择再生方法,以低成本、高效率达到催化剂再生目的。
Introduced the deactivation reason and regeneration method of waste SCR denitration catalyst.The deactivation reasons mainly include blockage deactivation,high temperature sintering deactivation,poisoning deactivation.The commonly used regeneration methods include water washing dust removal,thermal regeneration or thermal reduction regeneration,acid-base treatment,active liquid supplement.The research progress of regeneration of waste SCR catalyst was introduced in detail,and the regeneration effect of different regeneration methods was compared.In view of the deactivation of catalyst,according to the use industry and deactivation degree,the regeneration method should be selected reasonably to achieve the purpose of catalyst regeneration with low cost and high efficiency.
