摘要
目的分析某省属医学院学生批判性思维能力现状。方法采用整群抽样法用中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)调查某省属医学院各专业本、专科学生批判性思维能力现状。结果共发放问卷1 400份,回收有效问卷1 253份,医学生CTDI-CV总分为(266.8±27.8)分(低于280.0分),32.2%(403/1 253)医学生表现为正性批判性思维能力。男生在系统化能力和自信心2个维度得分高于女生,女生在开放思想、分析能力、求知欲和认知成熟度4个维度得分均高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论某省属医学院学生批判性思维能力总体水平较低,应采取多方面综合措施培养学生的批判性思维能力。
Objective To analyze the current situation of critical thinking skills among students in a provincial medical college. Methods The cluster sampling method and the Chinese version of Critical Thinking Ability Scale(CTDI-CV)were adopted to investigate the current situation of critical thinking skills among various specialties of students in a medical college.Results A total of 1400 questionnaires were issued. Totally 1253 valid questionnaires were recovered,the CTDI-CV total score of medical students was(266.8±27.8) points(lower than 289.0 points),32.2%(403/1253) of medical students showed the positive critical thinking skills. The 2-dimension scores of the systematic ability and confidence in male students were higher than those in female students,while the 4-dimension scores of open mind,analytical ability,intellectual curiosity and cognitive maturity in female students were higher than those in male students,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The critical thinking skills among students in a provincial medical college is lower,therefore multi-aspect comprehensive measures should be taken to cultivate students′ critical thinking skills.
