摘要
目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及对血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平的影响,为子宫肌瘤临床治疗提供依据。方法选择2012年11月至2014年6月本院治疗的118例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各59例,对照组患者口服米非司酮片,12.5 mg/次,1次/d;观察组患者在对照组基础上,非月经期加服桂枝茯苓胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。3个月为一个疗程,均连续给药治疗2个疗程;比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后FSH、E2及LH水平及子宫体积、月经量、子宫肌瘤体积变化。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为93.22%,显著高于对照组79.66%(χ2=4.627 5,P=0.031);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后FSH、E2及LH水平下降(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FSH、E2及LH水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后子宫体积、月经量、子宫肌瘤体积均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者子宫体积、月经量、子宫肌瘤体积比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(χ2=0.246 7,P=0.619)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,缩小子宫肌瘤体积及降低性激素水平。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its effect on serum follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）and estradiol（E2）levels.Methods A total of 118 patients with uterine fibroids treated during Nov.2012 and June 2014 in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and observation group.Patients in the control group（n=59）were given oral mifepristone tablets,12.5 mg/time,1 time/d,while patients in the observation group（n=59）were given mifepristone tablets plus Guizhi Fuling Capsule,3 capsules/time,3 times/d.The treatment lasted for 2 courses,3-month/course.The clinical efficacy,FSH,E2,LH levels and uterine volume,menstrual flow,and uterine fibroids volume changes were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.66%（χ2=4.627 5,P0.05）.The FSH,E2,and LH levels decreased after treatment（all P0.05）,and there were statistical differences between the 2 groups（P0.05）.The uterine volume,menstrual flow,and uterine fibroid volume after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and there were statistical differences between the 2 groups（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups（χ2=0.246 7,P=0.619）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids is significant.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,shrink fibroids volume and lower sex hormone levels.
