摘要
目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸对子宫内膜异位症患者血清IL-2、IL-8、VEGF及卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者72例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各36例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,并给予两组患者3个月治疗时间。对比两组患者临床疗效,中医症候积分改变情况,治疗前后两组血清IL-2、IL-8、VEGF水平及卵巢功能的变化情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为88.89%,对照组临床总有效率为66.67%,治疗组经治疗后的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组证候积分均有所下降(P<0.05),治疗组患者证候积分较对照组相比降低更为明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清IL-2、IL-8、VEGF水平均有所降低(P<0.05),且治疗组以上指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组经治疗后卵巢功能均好转,FSH降低、E2升高(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸具有活血化瘀、缓消癥块之功效,可以改善子宫内膜异位症患者临床症状及体征,降低血清IL-2、IL-8、VEGF水平,改善卵巢功能,对于子宫内膜异位症有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Guizhi Fuling Pill on serum IL-2,IL-8,VEGF and ovarian function in patients with endometriosis. Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,72 patients with endometriosis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and the changes of serum IL-2,IL-8,VEGF and ovarian function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 88.89%and 66.67%,respectively. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-2,IL-8 and VEGF in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups indicated improved ovarian function,decreased FSH and increased E2(P<0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Pill has the effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and eliminating mass,can improve clinical symptoms and signs of endometriosis patients,reduce serum IL-2,IL-8,VEGF levels,improve ovarian function. It has a good therapeutic effect on endometriosis and is worthy of clinical application.
