摘要 以姜黄为原料,分别采用水浴提取法、微波辅助提取法和水浴搅拌提取法单次提取姜黄素。利用正交设计法优化了3种提取方法的提取工艺,并用方差分析法分析了各因素的显著性。得到3种提取法在最佳工艺条件下单次提取姜黄素的提取率分别为45.67%,56.38%和87.69%,水浴和水浴搅拌提取法中醇浓度对提取率的影响极显著,微波提取法中温度、固液比、醇浓度对提取率影响显著。水浴搅拌提取法操作简便、高效、省时节约成本,并且单次提取率较高,比较适用于姜黄素粉末提取。 Based on turmeric as raw materials,curcumin was extracted by using water bath extraction,microwave assisted extraction and water bath stirring extraction with single extraction.Orthogonal experimental design method was used to optimize the extraction process of three extraction methods.The use of variance analysis was analyzed the significance of each factor.The three extraction methods was verified under optimum conditions and single extraction,and the extraction rate of curcumin were 45.67%,56.38% and 87.69% respectively.The best significant was the alcohol concentration to extraction yield to water bath and water bath stirring extraction,however the significant were the temperature,solid-liquid ratio,alcohol concentration to microwave assisted extraction.The oscillating water bath extraction method has a bright prospect in the curcumin extraction,with the characteristics of simple operation,high efficiency,time saving and cost saving.
