摘要
对采用碱溶液法从姜黄中提取姜黄素进行了研究,重点考察了投料量、浸取温度、浸取时间、NaOH溶液的质量分数对姜黄素提取率的影响。通过正交试验得出了最佳工艺条件,在投料量为10g、浸取温度20℃、浸取时间28h、NaOH溶液的质量分数1.0%的条件下,姜黄素的提取率为3.13%,总姜黄素的纯度为95.44%。
Curcumin was extracted from raw turmeric by basic solution method. The influences of raw materials mass, dipping temperature, dipping time, and the mass percent of NaOH solution on the extraction of curcumin were emphatically investigated. The optimal reaction condition was obtained by orthogonal design test as follows:raw materials mass 10 g,dipping temperature 30 ℃ ,dipping time 24 h,and the mass percent of NaOH solution 1.0%. Under this condition,the yield of the curcumin was 3.13% and the purify of total curcumin was 95.44%.
